Today I came in and continued to write my hometown press releases. Once the Media Scans were ready, I delivered them to the office of the dean and to Sue. After that I enveloped and addressed SU News until I had to leave for class.
Reflection:
I'm getting very sick of writing hometowns but I don't think that these will be my last ones unfortunately. It is frustrating when people have a lot of organizations and awards listed on their information sheets and I have to spend a lot of time determining what constitutes as something I have to put in the press release. I enjoy enveloping them and putting the labels on them way more but I know that writing these is helping me learn and get more comfortable. I am glad that they get edited by Jason though because sometimes they do need a lot of changes and I would be embarrassed if one was sent to media with so many errors.
