Today the office got a new printer. Megan emailed me an unorganized excel file from the Big Event which had students names, grade levels, and activity information for a hometown press release. I was going to organize the excel file so that it was easier to search though and find the information we need, however when I began looking through the information on the exel file I realized that it did not have any of the students Majors, which we need to write the press release. After that I began linking old links to their scanned file and writing descriptions on each article. A 90 year-old man came in today to donate records to the musical department because he was moving so when I left I went to bring the records to Fulton Hall.
Reflection :
I am very glad that the office got a new printer because the old one had a lot of issues and frustrated a lot of my supervisors (and us interns). It is a shame that it was only a few days before my internship ended in the office.
